Refund policy

Kolo Collection typically will not accept Returns on the merchandise that you have ordered.  Each of our manufacturers has their own returns policy that we must adhere to. Please email us at orders@kolocollection.com/dev or call 404-355-1717 to discuss.  All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging for a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If any of your furniture appears damaged in transit please contact us at 404-355-1717 within 24 hours of arrival and retain all packing material for the carrier claim inspection.

Most of the merchandise sold at Kolo Collection is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, and normal wear and tear are not covered by any warranty. The legitimacy of all warranty claims is determined solely by the manufacturer and/or Kolo Collection, and ultimately the manufacturer makes the decision as to whether or not to repair/replace defective merchandise.
