Ordering

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout for billing purposes. Orders can also be placed by phone, Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at 404-355-1717.

Furniture ordered from Kolo Collection could range from 4-8 weeks to ship, so its always a good idea to plan and order your furniture selection early. Kolo Collection can always help you find alternatives if the time frame conflicts with your installation date.

Upon receiving your order confirmation via email, please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy. If an order needs to be revised or canceled, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing info@kolocollection.com/dev or calling 404-355-1717.

Orders should not be considered changed unless you receive a confirmation from Kolo Collection by email outlining the changes you requested.

Returns Policy

Kolo Collection typically will not accept Returns on the merchandise that you have ordered.  Each of our manufacturers has its own returns policy that we must adhere to. Please email us at orders@kolocollection.com or call 404-355-1717 to discuss.  All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, enclosed in their original packaging, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If any of your furniture appears damaged in transit, please get in touch with us at 404-355-1717 within 24 hours of arrival and retain all packing material for the carrier claim inspection.

A limited manufacturer's warranty covers most of the merchandise sold at Kolo Collection. Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Any warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, and normal wear and tear. The legitimacy of all warranty claims is determined solely by the manufacturer and/or Kolo Collection. Ultimately, the manufacturer makes the decision as to whether to repair/replace defective merchandise.
