A Place That Slows You Down

In the heart of Provence, the terrace of Kaiseki restaurant at the 18th-century Château de la Gaude offers a setting where time slows down. Here, our design philosophy takes form: clean lines, deep comfort, and crafted quality.

At Kaiseki, low dining sets the tone for evenings that stretch, not rush. Every detail comes to life through the precision, emotion, and sense of place of our creative partner, Jérôme Ondo Methogo. From the outset, his vision was clear: to create a space that encourages pause. Low dining became the anchor, not as a style, but as a way of engaging more openly, more slowly, more fully. A bold move, flipping the usual rules of hospitality.
